A: No, we work primarily as a walk-in clinic and are happy to see your pet without an appointment. If you desire an appointment, please call and one of our staff can help you set up an afternoon appointment.

A: If your pet is healthy and just needs the recommended annual vaccinations and testing, then for an adult dog we charge around $89.00 ($10 for rabies vaccine, $24 for DHLPPC vaccine, $14 for Bordetella vaccine, $14 for a fecal exam, and $27 for a heartworm test, and for now the office exam is included in that price) for adult cats we charge around $55.00 ($10 for rabies vaccine, $28 for PCRP/FeLV vaccine, $14 for a fecal exam, and for now the office exam is included in that price).

A: Yes, we perform surgeries in our new state-of-the-art surgery suite including routine neuters and spays but also perform more complex orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. We have been performing ACL repair surgery for injured knees for the past 4 years with great success. As far as pricing, always call for a more detailed estimate as there are some required and optional charges depending on your animal’s age and health. In general, a routine dog neuter costs between $70 and $120 depending on weight. A routine dog spay costs between $90 and $160 depending on weight.

A: In the last several years, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of on-line pharmacy warehouses. We choose not to participate with these companies as we cannot and they cannot guarantee how the products are being purchased, stored, and transported. If these products are purchased through your veterinarian, all the companies of these products will guarantee the effectiveness and safety of the product. If you purchase these products through someone other than your veterinarian, the companies of these products will not guarantee their effectiveness or safety. Some of these on-line medicine warehouses are purchasing their products from Europe or Australia and not using United States FDA approved products. If you purchase these products through an on-line warehouse and your animal has a problem with the medicine, they will tell you to contact your veterinarian and cannot offer any medical advice. Whereas, if these products are purchased through your veterinarian, we are more than happy to talk to you about the product's safety, administration, side-effects, and toxicities. And, because we understand how hard it sometimes is to visit our hospital, we are now offering our own on-line pharmacy using our own medicines that can be delivered to your door. A: Yes, using the new Pet Portal System, you can easily log on to our secure site and see your pet's information, vaccine history, reminder notices, pictures of your pet including the ability to upload new pictures, make appointments with the veterinarians, or make boarding reservations.
